About
Patrece.

A lifelong performer whose path to the stage is a story of rediscovered purpose, resilient faith and the courage to begin again.

Portrait of Patrece Bloomfield

Patrece, a native of Kingston, Jamaica, always had a passion for entertaining and singing whenever she entered a room. After moving to Florida with her family at age nine, she became a “choir kid” throughout middle and high school. At fifteen, she began private vocal lessons, further fueling her love of singing.

She carried that passion to the University of Central Florida, initially studying classical vocal performance. Wrestling with self-doubt and anxiety, Patrece changed her major at the eleventh hour and graduated with a BS in Business Administration.

After twelve years in corporate America, her passion was reignited in the face of adversity—along with newfound confidence and stronger faith. Three months later, she was hired as a performer at Universal Studios Orlando and never looked back.

Patrece has graced stages at Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, regional theatres and playhouses. Her screen work includes short films, commercials, film and television, including HBO’s The Outsider. She has portrayed characters from Billie Holiday and Deloris Van Cartier to the deliciously comic Tedra in Fat Ham.

One of her greatest joys is coaching. In 2024, Patrece launched VocalElevation, a performance coaching practice dedicated to helping vocalists and performers fine-tune their sound through a healthier approach, build confidence and elevate the storytelling behind every performance.

Patrece lives in Central Florida, where she continues to perform and coach full-time with the unwavering support of her family and friends.
